1. Sign a lease before Feb 28 at any of the properties listed on HowdyHomes
2. Write "HowdyHomes" in the referral (aka "Where did you hear about us?") section of the rental application or lease
3. Send us a photo of that part of your app or lease

We'll give you $20 once we confirm with the property. It couldn't be easier!

Here are a few rules you need to know:

• Submit a photo of the referral portion of your rental application or lease
• Promotion ends once 100 people submit valid reward claims
• We will verify all submitted claims with the property. No reward will be given if the property denies it is a valid lease.
