1. Sign a lease before April 1 at any of the properties listed on HowdyHomes
2. Write "HowdyHomes" in the referral (aka "Where did you hear about us?") section of the rental application or lease
3. Send us a photo of that part of your app or lease

We'll send your gift card once we confirm with the property. It couldn't be easier!  Here are a few rules you need to know:

• Submit a photo of the referral portion of your rental application or lease
• Promotion ends once 100 people submit valid reward claims
• We will verify all submitted claims with the property. No reward will be given if the property denies it is a valid lease.
